How to Manage and Use Tags for Content

How to make the tags you and your team have created for your content work for you:

Go to "Settings" > "Manage Tags" in your instance of the TechValidate application and select “New Tag”.


1. Useful tags to add:

  • commonly searched words

  • trends

  • customer personas
  • any category you need that is not included in the filters

**Please note you cannot use tags to exclude content. Tags only work by searching for that specific tag.
