Customer Insights uses Net Promoter Score® methodology to tell you how likely your customers are to recommend your products and services.

Get data on your entire customer base, see trends over time, do advanced filtering, and drill down to individual responses and feedback.

How it Works

  1. When you conduct outreach projects, we'll ask participants a Net Promoter® question.
  2. Net Promoter data is displayed in your Customer Insights dashboard.
  3. You can then filter, analyze, and export the data.
