At this point, you have completed the 3 main steps:
1. Creating your project and authoring your questions in the tool
2. Importing your Recipient List.
3. Request Questionnaire Delivery has now appeared in your project Overview page.
Now, what happens when you complete Step 4 and submit your questionnaire for delivery?
- It’s important to note: your outreach is not sent immediately. Instead, TechValidate will be contacted to approve and schedule your project for delivery.
- Scheduling deadlines will occur with the following time windows (based on the times our clients have seen the best response rates)

You will be able to see responses as they come into the application. We suggest waiting about 10-14 days to start publishing TechValidate content liberally. This way you have the best response count possible to further drive the power of your results.
