Questionnaire Delivery & Deadlines

At this point you have completed the two main steps: authoring your questions in the tool and uploading your recipient list as well as completing Step 3 to set delivery options.

Request Questionnaire Delivery has now appeared in your project Overview page. What happens when you complete Step 4  and submit your questionnaire for delivery?


  1. It’s important to note: your outreach is not sent immediately. Instead TechValidate will be contacted to approve and schedule your project for delivery.
  2. Scheduling deadlines will occur with the following time windows (based on the times our clients have seen the best response rates):

Friday by 11am PT Tuesday morning Wednesday morning


3. You will be able to see responses as they come into the application. Wait 10-14 days and start publishing TechValidate content liberally!
