There are two different ways to collect survey responses with TechValidate. The primary way to reach out to your customers is by importing your customer list into the survey and leveraging TechValidate’s email invitations. (How to import recipients.)
However, TechValidate also provides a Public Questionnaire Link for all approved survey projects. This can be posted in customer communities, blogs, or within customer communications like newsletters or personal emails.
To use the Public Questionnaire Link, go to the Select Recipients tab in your survey project:
Select the Use Public Survey Link Only option.
Things to note:
*Response rates can sometimes be lower with the Public Questionnaire Link option since there is an initial page asking for the customer to identify themselves before starting.
*If you do want to add traditional email recipients at first or at a later time, you can. All surveys allow you to use both options.
2. If you want to add some recipients to receive the survey via email, you can click "Changed your mind."
3. After you click "Request Questionaire Delivery," and your survey is approved, you will see the option to grab the open link in the Overview tab of the survey.
