Why can't I send questionnaires to personal email addresses?

TechValidate strives to maintain the integrity of the response data you receive, and a key part of that is ensuring that questionnaires are responded to by the right people. The recipients of your survey should be direct users or customers of yours with work-related email addresses, indicating a business relationship.


Therefore, in addition to other measures, we must verify that the domain of an email address (the part after the @ sign) is owned by the company the recipient belongs to.
